Scope: This information applies to cross-border export orders placed through this website. You are not required to handle Chinese export procedures, but knowing the following will help you prepare for import clearance.

1 Export Clearance Methods

We select the most suitable customs regime based on order type (retail, small wholesale, or bulk trade), including cross-border e-commerce, general trade, or market procurement. All declarations strictly comply with Chinese Customs regulations to ensure lawful export.

2 Export Documentation

We prepare the following standard documents for each shipment:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading / Air Waybill / Rail Waybill
  • Certificate of Origin (where applicable)
  • Inspection certificates for specific goods (where applicable)

These documents generally meet basic import clearance requirements in most countries. Some destinations may require additional certifications or permits. Buyers are advised to confirm with local customs or a broker before ordering. We can assist with existing export documents but are not liable for delays caused by evolving import requirements.

3 Customs Inspection

Customs authorities reserve the right to inspect any shipment. Our truthful and complete declarations help reduce the likelihood of export inspections, but inspections may still occur randomly. Delays caused by Chinese export inspections or destination import inspections are part of normal enforcement procedures. We are not liable for delivery delays resulting from such inspections.

4 Buyer's Import Responsibility

Important: Import clearance (including payment of duties, VAT, and compliance with local customs requirements) is the buyer's responsibility. Please ensure the ordered goods are permitted for import in your country and that you are able to clear them. Losses due to customs detention, confiscation, or return caused by the buyer are borne by the buyer.

5 Export Tax Refund

Export tax refund is a routine matter between us and the Chinese tax authorities. It has no impact on your order processing, logistics, or final price.
