This website is open to users worldwide for online purchases, supporting retail for individuals and small-batch wholesale procurement. Goods purchased by individual buyers shall only be used for personal legitimate purposes and shall not be resold in bulk for profit. Merchants with long-term bulk purchasing demands may contact us for cooperation via official email.

Orders are categorized by delivery address:

• Cross-border export orders: Orders with delivery addresses outside Chinese Mainland may adopt compliant channels including general trade and cross-border e-commerce for export customs clearance.
• Domestic orders: Orders delivered within Chinese Mainland fall under domestic sales and purchase business, not subject to cross-border export supervision procedures.

All products on the site are denominated in US Dollars (USD) as the base currency. The system displays reference prices in multiple currencies including USD, CNY and Russian Ruble. Exchange rates shown on the page are for reference only; the final settlement currency and amount shall be subject to the order confirmed by both parties.

Payment methods:

• Orders delivered overseas: Visa, Mastercard, Stripe and PayPal.
• Orders delivered within Chinese Mainland: domestic online payment channels in China.
• Bulk wholesale orders: corporate settlement plans may be negotiated with customer service.

A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful payment. We reserve the right to unilaterally cancel orders and issue full refunds without additional compensation beyond the refund itself under circumstances including incorrect pricing, stockouts, supplier supply interruptions, suspected fraudulent transactions, or import/export restrictions applicable to the delivery location.

Buyers shall ensure all purchased goods comply with import and circulation laws and regulations of the destination country/region. Any losses arising from customs detention, confiscation or return due to the buyer's compliance issues shall be borne by the buyer.

All goods are shipped from warehouses in Guangxi, China to countries and regions across the globe. Stated logistics transit times are only estimated and do not constitute a contractual commitment.

We shall not be liable for breach of contract or compensation for delivery delays, detention or lost parcels caused by customs inspections, local logistics delays, policy adjustments, natural disasters (floods, typhoons), wars, capacity shortages or other force majeure events and third-party factors.

This website is accessible to all global visitors for browsing, consultation and online ordering with no regional access restrictions. The system automatically distinguishes domestic sales orders and cross-border export orders based on delivery addresses, with independent financial, logistics and customs clearance workflows for each category.

Chinese-speaking customer service is available via official email and messaging platforms for customer inquiries, wholesale cooperation negotiation and after-sales support.

Governing Law: The interpretation and enforcement of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Cross-border export orders shall also refer to relevant international trade customs (including the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods). Nothing in these terms shall deprive you of any non-waivable rights granted by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country/region of residence.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people's court at our place of business for litigation. If mandatory laws in your jurisdiction provide you with the right to bring proceedings in your domicile, such right shall not be affected.
